Returns & Exchange Policy

If your garments don’t fit just send them back in brand new condition for a size exchange. Send us a message and we will send you the size exchange form. If we don’t have the different size you require in stock we will give you a refund.
Be assured we check all our products carefully before shipping them, but if your product is faulty please contact us with details and photos of the fault.
Shipping
We now offer scheduled click and collect thanks to the awesome Pop Up Op Shop in Manukau! Pick ups must happen within the times we are available, and there is no stock of ours kept there. Fridays 2.30pm - 4pm and Saturdays 10am - 11am.
The Pop Up Op Shop helps to support our local community of South Auckland, so be sure to grab a coffee from their cafe and check out what they have on offer to when you pop in to collect your order!
